Some days are quiet, answering emails and helping customers online. Other times, it’s busy with phone calls and people stopping by for support. I enjoy solving problems and making sure everyone gets the help they need, whether it’s with technology, products, or services.

Job Requirements & Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer questions over the phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints effectively while considering sustainability and best practices in agriculture or food systems
  • Keep accurate records of customer comments, issues, and suggestions for improvement
  • Process contracts, applications, order forms, and service requests efficiently and accurately

Education & Training

  • No post-secondary education is required, but employers usually like to see some experience in customer service or working with people.
  • On-the-job training is often provided to learn specific skills and improve knowledge of products, services, or agricultural systems.
