Job Requirements & Duties

  • Make sales calls and presentations to promote products and services
  • Make recommendations to customers based on their needs
  • Manage inventory of new and used equipment and parts
  • Attend industry events to represent products and talk to customers in-person
  • Use marketing tools and keep up good public relations through customer education and promotion of new products and services
  • Coordinate with billing or accounting staff to make sure invoices are done properly  

Education & Training

  • A high school diploma, plus some additional experience in agriculture or retail is important for this job.
