Interpersonal

Once we get an employee in the door for an interview, it is my job to make sure they feel comfortable so we can learn who they really are and how well they’d fit in our organization

Active Listening

A lot of people have a really hard time talking themselves up in an interview. I listen carefully not just to what they’re saying, but to those little details they’re implying when talking about their experience

Negotiating

Once we decide to hire an interviewee, we then have to decide on the terms of their employment. This can sometimes take some negotiation, as employees often want to make sure they’re getting the highest salary or the most benefits they can from our company
