I enjoy finding new ways to help farms and facilities work smarter every day. Some days I’m in the office analyzing data and sharing ideas with the team. Other days, I’m on the production floor spotting opportunities to improve equipment, processes, and safety. Every day brings a new challenge to solve.

Job Requirements & Duties

  • Study agricultural production processes to find ways to make them more efficient, reduce waste, and use resources wisely
  • Review production systems and equipment to find ways to make work safer and more effective
  • Train staff on new methods that improve productivity, safety, and environmental care
  • Support team members as they adjust to new tools, technologies, or systems
  • Suggest new machinery, technologies, or procedures that improve quality and sustainability
  • Prepare reports that compare old and new production methods and show how each affects efficiency and quality

Education & Training

  • A university degree in manufacturing engineering, technology, or management, or a related field, plus several years of experience in a production setting is required for this job.
