My workplace changes all the time which I love. Some days I’m working out of my own office, and some days I’m travelling to different customers to work with them directly and get a sense of their businesses. 



Job Requirements & Duties

  • Work with business owners to understand what direction they want for their company
  • Look into how a company is currently running things to understand their strengths and weaknesses
  • Brainstorm and plan different ideas for companies to follow to help them grow
  • Present strategies to businesses and managers based on observations and goals
  • Work with companies to carry out plans to create positive work environments and businesses
  • Write reports on successes and keep track of the company’s journey using data and feedback  

Education & Training

  • A post-graduate degree in Business Administration or Strategic Management is required for this position.
