Job Requirements & Duties

Collaborate with clients to clarify their goals and vision for growth and success
Assess how agricultural businesses operate to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
Develop strategic plans and innovative solutions to help agricultural businesses expand and improve
Present clear strategies and recommendations tailored to the unique needs of agricultural businesses
Support the implementation of plans that create positive work environments and increase operational efficiency
Monitor progress using data and feedback, and document improvements and successes over time

Education & Training

This position typically requires a post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field to prepare for the advanced skills needed in advising agricultural businesses.
