Important Skills

Creativity & Innovation

Creating a brand through social media is all about getting noticed; having creative and unique content is the most important way to make a splash.

Customer Service

Part of the job is making sure customers that reach out through social media feel their questions are answered and they’re being taking care of.

While the goal is to make the public feel that our content is new and honest, it takes a lot of planning to get the right posts out at the right time to really stand out on social media.

Written Communications

Because the whole world will be able to see everything I write on social media, enjoying and being good at writing is super important if people are going to take the brand seriously.
