Job Requirements & Duties

  • Turn ideas into clear messages that show how the company supports agriculture and farming
  • Share the company’s products and services at events like fairs, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Explain marketing ideas in simple, clear ways so clients and customers understand them
  • Track how marketing campaigns are performing and use what I learn to improve future campaigns
  • Plan the best ways to share content on social media to reach farmers and ag businesses
  • Set up interviews and help company representatives talk to the media clearly and positively
  • Write and share press releases to let the public and media know about company news and successes

Education & Training

  • A university degree or college diploma in business, marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related area is required.
