  • Respond to questions and manage conversations and comments on social media pages
  • Manage public comments that could make the company look bad
  • Understand engagement trends and use that information to make future posts more successful
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends on social media to keep the company exciting and relevant

Education & Training

  • A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required.
