Job Requirements & Duties

  • Help farmers and agri-businesses choose and use the best digital tools, equipment, or services for their operations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, farmers, and agricultural teams
  • Test new software, devices, or machinery, and show clients how they work on the farm
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital agriculture technology, research, and farming innovations
  • Create and share presentations or reports that explain how technology can improve farm efficiency
  • Read and check manuals, instructions, and guides for accuracy and clarity
  • Update technical documents and records to solve problems and make sure everything works correctly
  • Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and suppliers to improve products and field solutions

Education & Training

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or an agriculture-related field is usually required. Experience with precision agriculture tools or systems is a plus.
  • Additional training or a post-graduate degree in agriculture or technology can help you gain advanced skills and stand out in the field.
